The Recruitment Crowd is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-known and industry-leading client based in the Tuxford area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C+E) to join the team.

Hours:?Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, 07:30 am starts (average finish 6-7 pm)?

Pay Rates:

Class 1 PAYE: £15.77 per hour
Class 1 Rolled Up: £17.67 per hour
Class 1 ADR PAYE: £16.80 per hour
Class 1 ADR Rolled Up: £18.83 per hour

Location:?Tuxford, NG22.?

Job Type: Ongoing with the potential for a perm contract for the right candidate.

The role:

General haulage – palletised goods (no food).?
Curtainsiders, tail lift & pump truck use?
Delivering to both commercial and residential properties (up to 20 drops/collections).?
Completing all relevant paperwork and following site procedures.?
Ensuring safe handling of goods and maintaining high driving standards.?

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years Class 1 (C+E) driving experience.
ADR Packages licence preferred but not essential.
Must be 25+ (insurance purposes).
Maximum 6 points – no DD/DR/IN endorsements.
Full understanding of WTD legislation.
Strong communication & customer service skills.
Happy with both commercial and residential deliveries?
