Our client, A leading care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead an adult residential service supporting individuals with complex learning, sensory and physical disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a specialist care home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the residential service and staff team
Ensure outstanding, person-centred care delivery
Maintain compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
Manage staffing, recruitment, training and performance
Promote a positive, supportive and inclusive culture
Oversee care planning, risk management and service quality

Requirements:

Previous experience managing within adult social care
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
Experience supporting adults with complex needs and/or learning disabilities
Relevant health & social care qualification desirable
